Fit Out

A fit out is the process of making an interior space suitable for work. It covers everything from installing flooring, ceilings, lighting, and partitions to adding furniture, branding, and technology. This can be in commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, or restaurants. We have worked on a series of office buildings for the department of working pensions providing them with a full fit out to transform the building into a supportive and functioning working environment.

Refurbishment

At Calvey , we have worked on Various projects across the Northwest and  further afield providing full internal and external refurbishment work. We have worked on numerous projects inc DWP Widnes, DWP Wigan , DWP Preston and most recently DWP Fleetwood .

We have been heavily involved in the refurb of various areas within  Halton General Hospital Phases 1-4 providing new efficient and modern work and surgical areas for nurses and doctors inc Endoscopy suite , Phlebotomy Suites , and currently Theatre 3

We carried out a variety of works in both phases to Manchester Aquatics inc the refurbishment of the existing Main swimming areas during phase 1 and ending in the final handover of Phase 2  , providing a new accessible swimming pool for British Paralympic swimming team .

We are currently carting out works in the  Metquarter in Liverpool city centre where we have turned a empty unit  into a fully functional education space for a performing arts school with classrooms tailored for different uses.
