During the 2019 period, the company commenced a development at Sunny Meade in Birkdale in which the existing building was being restored from an original school building to apartments.

The company had to first undertake extensive cleaning activities of the existing mortar to determine the impact of environmental conditions upon the building. The company used a novel steam cleaning approach which used less water pressure on the building and prevented damage and only remove waste not rendering.

The company had to ensure their rendering activities and stone selection for the building matched both the existing stone style and shape.

The company created mouldings of the existing stucco features and replicated onsite to match the original as closely as possible.
